I've worked at the University as long as New Labour have been in power, having previously worked at the Victoria & Albert Museum and Liverpool John Moores University. I've slowly transformed into a Web Applications Developer, having started out as a web editor and with a phase as an IT Trainer.

I am one of two members of staff in the Web Services Team who are responsible for delivering internet applications to supplement the content based parts of the University website.  In addition I'm currently one of the technical leads on the UCMS project (the implementation of Luminis Content Management System).

Leisure interests include walking up, down and around hills and mountains, running (I'm currently counting my lucky stars that I didn't make it into the 2009 London Marathon, but entering the ballot for 2010 nonetheless), bird-watching and rugby (particularly Moseley RFC).
