You will need to select 'Report a fault' option. Please include the phrase 'broken link' in the short description and include the web page url in the description details.
If you do not have a user account with the University you can report it to the IT Service Desk at http://www.itservicedesk.bham.ac.uk then selecting the option 'No working username and password'.
